Is it possible to test the candidates pool?
Yes, with HRtable candidates pool (external database) is free for consultancy. All the informations of the CV are given, there is also a geographic indication. Only contact informations (names, email, phone number) need a paid plan to be known. You can do all the search you want to know if there is or not the profile you are looking for.
Are there additionnal fees per user?
The prices for PREMIUM and CV MAX include 5 users. If it is not enough you can choose an option.
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes, say it simply by emailing us with a contact form. Our customer service will contact you to confirm.
How the plan CV MAX works?
This plan ask a 99€ subscription fee, deducted from your 1st bill. No bill if < 10 CV/month (report on the following month) --- Billing maximum
ceiling of 500€ per month --- Margin of 20% to your benefit
Exemple : 35 CV received or used = only 280€
What types of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.
At this time we only accept CB payments online (except in France our headquarters).
CV Max plan is to be paid on receipt of invoice by CB (bank transfer or direct debit only in Europe)
When starting my subscription?
Upon receipt of your payment immediately, within minutes, if you pay by credit card online.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
As you want.
If you choose a pay-as-you-go formula, there are no long term contract or commitment on your part, you simply pay month-to-month, the first month (or the
subscrition for CV max) when you order and the following months each 5th of the month. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you
won’t be billed again.
If you choose a fixed commitment period (mini 2 months), you will benefit of a discount of 1% per month of commitment, you will be billed one time for
the total amount.
How to pay online?
Simply write on your order the payment method you choose, you will receive by email the additional information needed (link to online payment, confirmation of your order, start-up).
How to cancel a plan?
Plans with commitment stop themselves at the end of the commitment period. Only pay-as-you-go plans need to be canceled.
To register your cancellation request contact our customer service by email or phone. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month (no refund),
but you won’t be billed again.
What happens to my candidates database at the end of my contract?
If you do not choose to renew your subscription you are again in free mode LIBERTY. The contents of your personal database remain saved on your account
for 1 month. After this period it is removed, your personal database will be empty.
To keep your personal CV database without a subscription you can ask for its export at the end or at the beginning of your subscription. It is an option
at 15€/ month subscription. You will receive a folder containing all the CV and applications from your personal database (Excel file type and documents
linked)
