HRtable is an online service that collects all your actions in the field of recruitment helping you to manage CV and applications more easily, to keep in touch with your candidates, to broadcast all your jobs and optimize your visibility on Internet
The HRtable "Dashboard" is the first topic in your interface. It allows you to view all the actions you have to carry out in priority (latest applications, offers about to expire, new messages, upcoming events, etc...), highlighting the evolution of your recruitment (statistics of your personal database).

The headind "Job offers" is dedicated to your job ads. You can create offers in 3 languages, automatically distribute them on hundreds of websites, internationally. Special form guides you effectively in writing, you easily sort and filter your ads. Each ad has a specific Internet and email address to be distributed even beyond our large network of websites and partners and is delivered also in PDF format.

The heading "Personal database" is your own database of CV and candidates. It brings together all resumes received and CV imported, all the applications that are sent to you personnally.
You do not only manage CV, but avanced folders of candidates. On each folder you can edit the information, request updates to candidates, add comments, notes, events and documents. You keep track of all your actions and exchanges.

The heading "External database" is the database composed by the profiles of candidates who are using the services we dedicate them on our specialized websites. This database has candidates from multiple industries and levels, CV and resumes in 7 languages, it is updated permanently.

managing automatic research agents to keep a watch on specific profiles, be aware receiving alerts by email.
Your account statistics are calculated daily and stored for 12 months. They allow you to adjust your actions based on observed yields. Statistics about your CV and applications are with the heading "Personal database" and statistics about your ads in a dedicated heading.
